Geraardsbergen, BelgiumView all items from this sellerDesigners Perry King & Santiago Miranda created this Aurora pendant lamp in 1983 for Arteluce. It is of beautiful Italian design and excellently preserved.
The ceiling piece consists of lacquered steel, and the lamp of two textured glass discs separated by a blue lacquered plexiglass disc.
Through three 50W halogen spotlights, the Aurora provides beautiful light.
Unique to this one is the extra-long wiring that was flown over from Arteluce in Italy at the time. This allows the pendant lamp to hang even from very high ceilings and allows plenty of leeway for the owner to decide how high it will hang.
