Round marble dining table with metal tulip base (probably injection-moulded aluminum with steel core). Made in the 60s or 70s by Arkana. Design by Maurice Burke. The design is very reminiscent of the Klaasiker by Eero Saarinen for Knoll. The Arkana model offered here is absolutely equal in terms of quality and design. Diameter: 130 cm Height: 73 cm
Good to very good condition with signs of age-related wear. The table top is in very good condition. No cracks on the edge. The protective layer of the marble is in good to very good condition. In one place, the protective layer is slightly worn (see photo). This spot can only be found if you look really hard for it and reflect the light accordingly. Haptically, this spot can hardly be felt - you can only feel a slight unevenness (approx. 0.5 cm). The tulip foot is in good condition for its age with a few superficial scratches (see photo)
