Designed by Alberto Meda in 1996, the Vitra Meda chair was produced in 1999. The conference chair is characterized by its insane comfort, dynamic technology and also elegant design. For maximum comfort, the chair features a tilting backrest whose resistance can be individually adjusted. In addition, the backrest can be locked in any position, allowing the perfect ergonomic position to be found for everyone. The Vitra Meda Chair has a white backrest made of netweave and a black seat made of highly durable, woven material. The transparent, white backrest makes the chair very light and airy. The frame and armrests made of polished aluminum.The chair's four-star base is made of polished die-cast aluminum. The height is not adjustable, which is standard for conference chairs.
