Particularly stylish authentic floor lamp/reading lamp from the 1970s. Purchased in Antwerp by my in-laws, on the occasion of their silver wedding anniversary. With practical foot-button controls and the original wiring, which is reinforced with insulation tape in one spot (see detail photos). Despite its age, the lamp is still in beautiful, almost new condition. The lamp has stood in the same loving spot near an armchair for many years and even got to experience its 50-year wedding anniversary. Now it is time for a new place in another happy home.
As you can see, the base is most scarred by use, but the tubes and the lamp itself are literally beautifully preserved.
The lamp can be modulated in height and numerous positions at will, offering unique ambient lighting possibilities (accent lighting of an artwork, for example).
