Colorful glass wall lamp made with glass appliqué at Glasindustrie van Tetterode, Amsterdam in ca. 1960.
The colored layers of glass "glass appliqué" create a beautiful light effect when the lamp is lit. Floris van Tetterode establishes the Glasindustrie van Tetterode in 1925. He experiments with a new technique: gluing glass "glass appliqué". This is done with a special primer, which adheres the layers of colored/ cracked/fused glass well together, creating a relief. Material: glass and metal. Equipped with light cord with switch. Normal socket E27
