Vintage cocoon lamp on metal stand from the 1960s.
This large-sized cocoon lamp with a diameter of 55 cm was manufactured by Goldkant Leuchten. The shade was made by a special technology called 'spray-on fiberglass coating'. This technique is inspired by the silk worm and creates a particularly warm light effect. The metal stand on which the shade is mounted also dates back to the 1960s.
Both the shade and the stand are both in very nice condition. Also, the wiring has been completely renewed.
