Unique handmade dining table. Sculpted from solid pine. The top resembles an artist's palette, while the three legs look like rock formations sculpted by millennia of erosion. The table was sculpted in the 1990s by the late visual artist Frederik Weerkamp. It comes from his personal collection where it served as a dining and work table for many years. The table is made of three pieces. The top can be lifted off the 2 feet. The table is still in good condition. Very solid and structurally sound. It has wear consistent with age and use. Little is known about the artist, Frederik Weerkamp who died in 2023. He was born in Drempt, Gelderland NL. Graduated in 1983 from the Hoogeschool voor de kunsten in Utrecht where he started in 1977.
