The interior of 1 is better than the other, but the worst of the 2 probably does not need a whole new interior, but does need some attention (in my opinion, am not an upholsterer). They are otherwise still sitting well, and the fabric is pretty neat, with 1 of the chairs having a wire come loose, but it is not a hole.
Viewing is possible by appointment!
