A beautiful round and 2x extendable vintage table designed after the Danish design language, that is model "Firhoje", a timeless beauty for your home or office!
Its warm color, beautiful wood grain and refined design are a feast for the eyes, this table is 2x extendable through a separate intermediate piece. This model is a stylish addition to anyone's (vintage) interior!
The beautifully executed legs provide an airy and unique whole, the loose intermediate piece ensures that you can easily extend the table, and extend it so there is room for extra diners! You can choose whether you want to place 1 or 2 pieces.
The table is in round non-extended form a beautiful and unique table, once extended it is a table with a nice size, so you can, even though you do not always have room for a large table, still very cozy with more people at the table!
The first owners originally bought this table with 1 intermediate piece, when the family grew larger, they had a nice extra piece made at a furniture maker. Since it was only used on special occasions, such as Christmas dinner, and a beautiful cloth was also used, it was decided not to finish the side of the second top at the same cost as the first top.
This story gives this table a unique look, and constructively this is no problem, with 1 or just 2 pieces, the table is always incredibly stable and solid.
The whole is in a beautiful restored condition, more than 50 years old, the traces of use are appropriate to its age and not strange for a piece of utility furniture par excellence, but minimally present, we can speak of a very beautiful and well maintained specimen which is in an exceptionally beautiful condition.
