Elementary chair attributed to Dutch architect and interior designer Wim den Boon. Wim den Boon was influenced by de Stijl, Gerrit Rietveld, Le Corbusier, and associated with Hein Stolle & Pierre Kleykamp with whom he formed ‘De Groep &’. This perticular triangular chair was designed for a small church in the Netherlands.
The cane, wood and paint (red) are original and unrestored. Item has been in my living room for the last 15 years, mainly as a decorative piece.
