This coffee table was designed by the Norwegian carpenter Rasmus Solberg and manufactured in the S Møbler factory in the 1960s. The geometric table is made of precious rosewood in a dark brown shade with visible and rich veins. The table, in addition to being functional, shows the author's involvement in every detail. It is characterized by a clear sense of form and perfect craftsmanship. A modernist table will complement many arrangements. Rasmus Solberg is a Norwegian carpenter, designer and furniture maker. Representing the golden age of Scandinavian design in the 1960s, he combined classic design with simple, modernist style and craftsmanship. He worked primarily with an elegant rosewood, highlighting its qualities and the beauty of its grain.
