Carved wooden temple finial with Naga head, guardian of treasures, fertility, prosperity and immortality. Another emanation of the god Vishnu.
Thailand, 19th century.
Beautiful faded wood patina, with vestiges of gilding mixed with calcified lichens.
Supplied with white or black steel base, with adjustable chofa inclination.
