Extremely rare very elegant Art Nouveau table made of bentwood, crafted by the famous Thonet company in Austria around 1910. This timelessly designed table, model number 9171, features beautiful wooden palmette appliqués all around the rectangular top. The striking base captivates with its unusual, intricate design, once again showcasing Thonet's mastery in creating artistic bentwood furniture. The beech wood is stained in the renowned Thonet walnut tone and boasts a traditional hand-polished finish. This is a truly fantastic piece of Viennese Secession furniture from the early 20th century, marked on the underside with the famous "Thonet" paper label.
