Product description
Manufacturer:Bitossi, Italy Design: Aldo Londi The ceramic taps that Aldo Londi designed for Bitossi date back to the 1960s. They have a luminous glaze, modernist lines and are typical of Londi's work at this time. The larger tap is around 23 cm high, the smaller one 20 cm. The taps show Londi's ability to combine traditional Italian ceramic techniques with a modern aesthetic. The larger of the two cockerels has no chipping, one spot on the lower part of the tail has a rough spot in the glaze. This is due to the glaze firing. The smaller rooster has small chips on the beak and tail. Please note the detailed photos.
The large cock is in very good condition, without chips. The smaller rooster has several, small bruises. see details photos n
