The Auping Auronde is a true design classic, made of extremely strong beech wood with distinctive aluminum details. Designed in 1973 by Frans de la Haye. The then innovative round shapes have proved exceptionally timeless. Since its introduction in 1973, more than 1 million Auronde beds have been sold. Auping Auronde is made of extremely strong beech wood, composed of 15 layers. This Auping Auronde 2000 measures 200 x 140 cm and is finished in soft white oak. It offers bedside tables on the left and right with a magazine holder. On the bed is an Auping twin motor electrically adjustable spiral base. Spiral bases from Auping have the best ventilation, offer perfect support and are durable. With this bed base, both the back and foot sections are electrically adjustable. The knee bend in the seat section provides extra support for the lower back, preventing you from sliding down and making you even more comfortable in bed. In addition, there is less pressure on your lower back and you relax better. This adjustment is done with a wireless handset. On top of all this lies a 20 cm thick Cresto mattress Breeze Medium. The Cresto is a true quality boost for your sleep. The comfort layer of Latex Pura makes this mattress extra soft and resilient. The Cresto has five zones with smooth support for the shoulders , each zone supports a specific body part: head, shoulders, lower back, hips and waist. Unnoticed, you turn about 30 times a night; the DPPS® pocket springs at the heart of the mattress make you turn and provide proper support in every sleeping position. The pressure divider ensures an even transition of the different zones. The top layer (the cover) of the Cresto mattress is always removable and washable. Sleep well!
